My name is Julian Benchimol and I am a freelance photographer from Eastern CT.
My whole life I have been a creative person. Whether that means doing small art projects in school, doing personal creative writing projects that never see the light of day, or even paint by numbers. I've always been drawn to the arts in someway or another.
A guiding factor in my life is to always be flexible, and photography has allowed me to explore that to new means. No matter the style or subject, there's always something new that I can find whenever I go out with my camera.
The thing that excites me most about being a photographer is the ability to convey an entire story in a way that other creative means have yet to provide for me.
